Vincent Alan Haun, 63, of New Baden, born November 28, 1959 in Putuxtan, Maryland, died Thursday, May 4, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in O’Fallon. He married the love of his life: Diana C. Cook on November 27, 1982 in Homestead, FL. and she remains in New Baden.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his two daughters, Amanda Haun & Mallory Haun; and his cherished grandchildren, Liam & Hannah.
Mr. Haun served in the United States Air Force for 21 years; and for the past 25 years he worked as an I.T. Professional. Vincent was a Master Mason with the Mason Lodge #110 in Lebanon, a member of the Library Board in New Baden and supported the Farmers & Friends 4H Club in Lebanon. He loved to cook, was a very sociable guy, always loved chatting with friends and telling stories of his life.
All services will be private.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice and will be received at Nordike Funeral Home, 15 E. Hanover St., New Baden, IL 62265 who is serving the family. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.nordikefuneralhome.com .
