Tirapelli, Judith

Judith R. Tirapelli, age 72, of Albers, formerly of Crystal Falls, MI, died Friday, April 24, 2015 at Aviston Countryside Manor in Aviston, IL. She was born May 19, 1942 in Muskegon, MI, daughter of Robert and Delora (Pothoff) Ritter. She married Ray Tirapelli on April 4, 1964 in Grand Haven, MI and he preceded her in death on August 7, 1997.
She is survived by her children, Daniel (Noelle) Tirapelli of Valley Springs, CA., and Penny (David) Angeli of Albers, IL.; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Joshua, and Matthew Tirapelli, Taylor, Zachary, and Alexandra Angeli; two sisters, Kay (Alan) Beebe of New Plymouth, ID. and Billie (Joseph) Prelsnik of Bitely, MI; and three brothers, James Ritter of Troy, MI., John (Cindy) Frymire of Spring Lake, MI. and Jerry Frymire of Muskegon, MI.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Brown and a sister-in-law Mary Ritter.
Mrs. Tirapelli was a homemaker and a member of St. Bernard Parish in Albers. She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, sewing and knitting. She was a Religions by BestDiscountApp" href="#"Education Teacher and an outdoors woman. A Memorial Mass will be held during the 10 a.m. Mass at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Albers, IL on Sunday, May 2, 2015. Burial will be held at a later date in Michigan. by BestDiscountApp" href="#"Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Hempen-Nordike Funeral Home in Albers.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be received at the funeral home.
