Robert Eugene Meyer Jr., age 65, of Highland died on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at his home. He was born in Belleville, IL on February 11, 1957, the son of Robert Eugene Meyer Sr., and Nancy Lee Boland.
He is survived by his children: Robert Meyer III, Lynda Meyer, Heather Meyer, and Paige Morris; grandchildren: James Osborn, Alex Osborn, Justin Satchfield, Jayden Rodgers, Addie Rodgers, Zoey Rodgers, Raylee Rodgers, Remi Meyer, and Owen Morris; his siblings: Tammy Meyers, Billy Meyer, and Tommy Meyer; his ex-wife and good friend Gena Purcell and best friend Michael Purcell; as well as his special cousin Butch Boland and many other cousins.
Bobby was a funny, sweet, and caring guy. He enjoyed fixing old cars and boats and going camping. He was a great father and friend and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In keeping with Robert’s wishes there will be no funeral services held.
