Donald Ray Crutchfield

Donald Ray Crutchfield, 69, of New Baden, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese. He was born July 3, 1947 in Sheridan, AR, the son of Vonnie and Mary, nee Booth, Crutchfield and they preceded him in death. He married Ruth Cook March 6, 1970 in Sheridan, AR and she survives in New Baden.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Dondra (Brad) Mueth of Addieville, IL, and Andrea (Daniel) Valle of Pocatello, ID; six grandchildren and one more on the way; a brother, Robert Crutchfield of Harrigton, DE; and a sister, Vaughnita Clinton of Virginia Beach, VA.
Mr. Crutchfield retired from the United States Air Force. He enjoyed gardening and watching western movies.
All services will be private.
Memorials may be made to the family and will be received at Nordike Funeral Home, 15 E. Hanover, New Baden, IL 62265 who is serving the family.
